what is dismissal filed with prejudice when sueing for a deposit?
We lived inan apt. for 2-3 yrs. and never got our deposit back because they said we took things out of the place when we left, we proved we didn't and are now countersueing for our deposit and interest. the plaintiff no-showed to both of our court dates and now has been dismissed with predjudice. What to do now?!

Move forward with your counter-suit. Default the landlord or get a trial date. Then proceed to judgment.
