Can I get out of a lease agreement due to a train horn sounding at 12am and 7am that wakes my family up? This was not disclosed in the rental agreement btw.

If this information was purposefully withheld then you may be able to get out of the lease. However, I suspect the effort would be resisted by the landlord and you would have to go through a trial.
