Previous landlord keeping my mail

She is telling me I must go with her to the bank, cash my paychecks (the mail) and give the money to her. What can I do?

Re: Previous landlord keeping my mail

Report her to the postmaster for mail theft. She'll understand that what she is doing is unlawful.
