Sublet rent increases

I am currently trying to add two people

to my lease for my apartment in

Hollywood, CA. My landlord stated that

they are required by law to increase the

rent 10% per person added to the

lease. Is this true?

No!. Absolutely not!

He may charge this, if it is in the provisions to your lease.
