Abandoned and injured by my Attorney, Is there help?

I have Endured as much as I can to where my choice is either continue to allow my own attorney to continue to fail in the course of her duties as contracted ''will represent me to the best of her ability'' amounted to hiding or failing to advise of a conflict of interest, when confronted she said there was none. failing to show up at a deposition - no show or call 45 min into depo defense att. violated discovery process and made improper coments to doctor (deponant) damaging doctor patient relationshipto a cirtain degree then when I spoke to her after she said everything went well. I believed it till I received a copy of the depo. I have been deprived of medical care due to my attorney continiously failing to advise me of letters from defense and adjuster stating the requests for authorizations received by her with time sensitivematerial with deadlines to file appeal hidden several time periods passed me repeatidly asking if she heard anything stating she hadn't. treatment approved but def. has harrased doctor she dropped me as patient- what I have said I have proof of. documents not handled properly wrongdoing not reported case under old law rights violated I desperatly need help Is there anywhere I can turn suggestions PLEASE?!

You can always hire and/or fire attorneys.

Make an appointment with her, and relay the information in your "law guru" statement. I doubt there is a reasonable explanation, but give it a try.

Assuming you are not satisfied, replace her!
