Legal Question in Legal Ethics in California

Can I stop any further action?

Person A is a paralegal(estates/trusts) and her client Person B (real estate agent). A stopped paying all her bills. A owed B 23K and allowed B to foreclose on A's home(325K). Last month the house went to auction and sold to B for $1.00.

Last June, A attempted fraud on the bankruptcy court (BK case dismissed) and has lied (proven) to the IRS (no action instigated yet).

A and B are friends and each others clients, it is believed that the situation w/ the house was planned ahead of time (difficult to prove) Is what they have done illegal? Who would I contact? What charges if any, might be filed against both A and B?

Re: Can I stop any further action?

You have set out a very complex set of facts, however, you may well have a case.

However, you have not indicated where you fit in. What they have done is probably illegal, but I don't understand what you have to do with it.

Please resubmit showing where you enter, and what you want, and I'll try to help you.
