Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in California

I currently attend college. I signed a legal agreement with the school that if someone were to contact the school and were to ask about me, that the school is not suppose to give any information out. A few days ago someone contacted the school to know my where abouts, and a school personel did give out the person that called information about me. Can I do something about this?

This has nothing to do with legal malpractice. That's when you're suing a lawyer who was representing you as a client. In this case, depending on what the legal agreement with you covers, you might have a cause of action. However, the hard part is proving how much damages you actually suffered just because someone know your whereabouts. Might be very little. Contact a local personal injury lawyer.
