Does attorney have malpractice insurance
There's no doubt my attorney has committed legal malpractice based on numerous professional and ethical issues, but how can I find out if he carries malpractice insurance?

By asking. If declined, then by subpoena once a lawsuit has been filed. If you are serious about pursuing this, and if you have actual evidence of malpractice, and of financial damage to you, feel free to contact me.

Sometimes it's written in the retainer agreement. The only other way is to file a lawsuit and then propound interrogatories asking about insurance. Before doing so, you might want to speak with an attorney emphasizing the malpractice field about your grievances to give you further guidance.
