Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in California

unethical attorney

A lawyer representing my estranged wife told her to remove $30,000 from accounts, 25 days after separation. Then he called me stating if I wanted to get the money back I had to meet in his office and sign a child support and spousal support agreement. He then contacted our marriage counselor without permission admitted to the counselor his telling her to remove the money and tried to enlist the marriage counselor to manipulate me to sign the agreement, he refused and expressed his disdain concerning this attorney's behavior. I did not attend the appointment, subsequent to this I filed a complaint with the state bar which along with 90% of all complaints are summarily dismissed. Since then my estranged wife has fired her attorney and has filed a complaint with the state bar. What crimes if any did the attorney commit and how do I get someone to prosecute? My estranged wife, the marriage counselor and I all are willing to testify.

I agree with Mr. Stone. I do not see enough here to give you competent advice, except to get a competent attorney for yourself.
