Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in California

I wire transfered money to a car dealer in California to buy some cars, to ship to Beirut-Lebanon, but he neither shipped me cars nor transfered back the money.

He is a licensed car dealer in Alosta Asuza.

Can I report him to the DMV and what can I do to get my money back or some cars for their value?

No, the dmv will not do anything. Sounds like you have a simple breach of contract. I can investigate and find out what is going on. The dealership is responsible for getting you your cars or returning your money. If they refuse, as an attorney I can bring a legal action here in California to recover your money.

Please contact me to discuss how to proceed.

Yes, you can and should file a formal complaint to DMV. But, that will not help you get your money back, it merely affects his license, if he has one. Only a lawsuit will do that speedily, and then only if you have sufficient evidence, and if he isn't out of business and disappeared before you can collect. I've seen more than a few examples of supposed 'dealers' advertising for export business defrauding clients and then disappearing with the money. The sooner you file the better. If he is in 'Azuza' California, that is local to me. I can't find a listing for 'Alosta Asuza'. If serious about getting counsel to represent you, feel free to contact me. I've been litigating such cases for 35 years.
