Cases to counter Statute of Limitations in CA

1st Surgery occured June 2007.

Doctor stated healing process to

take a year. Revision Surgery

occured April 2008. Lawyer filed

demurrer attempting to dismiss

case sighting timing startedon June

2007 (initial Surgery). Could you

provide any cases to counter the

above so that timing would

commence after 2nd surgery or toll

the statute for the initial surgery.
