drug prescription

DR. at KAISER PERMANENTE prescibe 240 vicoden every 2 weeks to 73 year old women that has already had 2 overdoses.her chart states she has a dependancy on pain killers.

In my opinion, there is no law suit.

She is presumed by the law to have reasonable intelligence.

It is up to her not to take them.

This is nowhere close to malpractice, and it will cost you substantial expenses to take this to court.
