You may have a valid claim against the doctor for your pain and suffering and medical bills. As a general rule you have one year from the date of your injury (from the time you were hurt and either knew or should have known that the doctor was negligent) to file a lawsuit. You may call me at my office to discuss (818 597-2610). Thank you, Howard Silver
