Re: statute of limitations

Usually one year. Factors such as where the accident occured and the age of the injured party, can make a difference. Contact an experienced personal injury attorney ASAP. In some situations the time limit is two years (States other than California especially). The best attorneys in this field give free consultations and no fee unless and until they collect for you (as my law firm will). Consult a expert personal injury attorney. I am interested in talking to you about this matter. John Bisnar, Personal Injury Attorney & Counselor at Law, since 1978. 800-956-0123
