Workplace Violence

One pregnant employee refused to answer another employee's text message because it is against company policy. The employee was upset and pushed the pregnant employee. Later the pregnant lady went to the hospital via ambulance because of stress caused by the altercation. What are the pregnant employees rights? Can she file suit against the employee and employer?
