i am in a lease my land lord decided to rent out building where my bathroom was so he had to remove my bathroom and relocated in my office. is this legal did he break my contract?

If this is a residential lease, it is illegal to rent an apartment or house that has had the bathroom "removed." For that matter it was probably illegal to rent you a residence that had a bathroom in a different building. Call your local building inspector.

Based on your use of the word "office," I am assuming that is a commercial lease. I would have to review the terms of the commercial lease, to tell you whether or not the lease was breached or not.
