light trespass

My neighbor installed flood lights on the side of their house and they shine directly into my three bedrooms. Is this legal? What measures can I take to stop this?

You probably need physical particles to be a "trespass". It may be a nuisance technically and if he doesn't remove them you can have me write a quick letter.
