Verbal vs. Written notice of move out
I gave a verbal notice 30 days prior to my lease expiration, but this did not stop the auto-renewal from kicking in. Unfortunatly the rental company did not point this out and now I owe another months rent. Are verbal notices good enough even though my a lease states that they want a written one? The rental company does aknowledge I did give them a verbal notice.

A verbel notice does not work.
