Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

harassment by female co-works

I am a male enthic white RN in hosptial, I have receiveced harassment from female enthic RN and Enthic 1 male RN.

I am the only non - enthic RN in the ICU.

They have have ran off all the other npn-enthic RN's.

They speak in veitaminies, Togo( Philiphills)all the time. I inform them thjat we have to speak English here only per policy.

I have been call'' a worthless male, you have no bussness work here, you a guy you should do all the lifting- we are grils we shouild not have do this,

We want you to leave, I had it with you , I have no respect for you. WILL you , ransfer out I'am going get you, I going get out of here, your not as part of our team.''

I have place in un-safe situtations, by co-work. Not helping when need, leaving ICU and I am by my self, law said 2 RN at all-times

I have aways given a hard time, I am the most quailifed RN in the ICU, Have more Education,and Lic.

How can address this as hassment suit, I am to meet with Admistrion on the problem of hassment.

Your meeting with the administration may well end your complaints. It should. Clearly you are being harrassed by the female employees and have every right to complain. The hospital may have an employee policy manual, which describes a procedure to follow in filing claims of sexual harassment, you should find out and follow that procedure. If nothing is done to stop this harassment, you certainly can bring an action against the individuals and the hospital.
