Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

Rights of the accused...

I was recently terminated by my company (CA based) for what they called inappropriate behavior. Apparently there was a sexual harassment complaint made by one of my female employees. I was questioned about specific incidents but was never given the ability to rebut or refute the evidence.

Do I have a potential cast to proceed with?

Thanks!
