Calling individuals at work?
Is telephone solicitation to an individual at work prohibitted in any form in California?

It depends on the nature of the call, the nature of the relationship with the caller, your company policy, etc.
California Law doesn't address solicitation calls specifically. Many business-to-business transactions are done just this way.
