Legal Question in Traffic Law in California

Mike , thanks for your responce.

I will go to highwayrobbery.net and find out how to fight this ticket.

Hey , I don't have any money and I can't afford the fine or for my insurence to go up.

When I asked about the camera being stop motion what I mean was is it a single frame, but you answered that question thank you. How can the city of Marysville get away with having the camera set to snap pictures on a yellow light, I found this " in the California Driver Handbook

"Solid YellowA yellow

s i g n a l l i g h t me a n s

CAUTION. The red signal

is about to appear. When you see

the yellow light, stop if you can do

so safely. If you can not stop safely,

cross the intersection cautiously ".

Thanks again. mbVublgUnA
