Legal Question in Traffic Law in California

Rear-end Collision

If I was rear ended by a vehicle going straight after I made a right hand turn, who is at fault? I had already completed the turn and was already moving 15 mph on a 45 mph street before getting rear ended?

Re: Rear-end Collision

There is a presumption in rear-end collisions that the driver of the impacting vehicle is at fault. Your auromobile should be repaired at the other driver's insurance company's expense, and you should be re-imbursed for loss of use of your vehicle while it was damaged. Please call me if you require medical care for injuries sustained at (619) 222-3504.
