How do I file a request for special notice regarding the status of probate?

You fill out this form:
http://www.courtinfo.ca.gov/forms/fillable/de154.pdf
You serve a copy of it upon the other parties to the probate, including the administrator or executor of the estate. You file the original, with completed proof of service at the courthouse where the probate case is pending.
