Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
depositions
I've been told by my former employer's attorney to travel from Rialto to Glendale to be deposed. My question is; am I entitled to milage and If so,how much am I entitled to. Thank you, tudlums

I believe that you're entitled to 34 cents per mile.
On another note, it is very important that you quickly retain counsel prior to the deposition. Please note that the insurance company is only looking out for their own interest and these cases quite often turn into blood baths.
