Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Should my Husband get a new attorney

My Husband was hurt Feb 2001. He fell while working on the SF/Oak Bay Bridge. The company has been found negligent and fined large amounts of money by the State and Federal Agencies for the poor work conditions. To date my Husband hasn't received a settlement. He is getting frustrated and feels his Attorneys are not working to resolve this. He was given a 100% disabled rating by all MD's that have examined him. We suspect everything is being drawn out due to his age. His is in his mid 60's and we suspect they are purposely delaying because in the event he passes away, any amount to his me and children would be significantly less. He was the primary income and the family is currently struggling financially. It's possible we may lose our home.
