Re: Injured at work

If your employer doesn't have workers comp insurance, he is violating the law and you have the right to 1) file a work comp claim and receive benefits from the state Uninsured Employers Fund and 2) sue him for your injury. Suggest you contact a work comp lawyer in yout area -with experience in UEF cases-.

Re: Injured at work

There are many complex procedures involved in a workers' compesation case, especially when you are forced to file against UEF. UEF is, Uninsured Employers Fund and it is a state agency.

If you are interested in immediate representation, please feel free to contact my office to discuss your case.

Re: Injured at work

YOU CAN FILE A CIVIL LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS UNINSURED EMPLOYER AS OR YOU CAN PROCEED WITH UEF. HOWEVER, YOU NEED TO SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THERE ARE A FEW CLINICS THAT ACCEPT UEF CASES. IF YOU NEED IMMEDIATE MEDICAL ATTENTION, CALL US AT 213.388.7070 AND WE CAN HELP YOU.
