Legal Question in Personal Injury in Canada

Internet Misrepresentation?????

We are located in Canada and an American based web-site/board is claiming false information about our kennels. They are directly damaging sales. We contacted the adminstrator of the website on numerous occassions... but have received no response. What course of action do we have? Thanks
