Legal Question in Family Law in China

I am doing a homestay with a Chinese family here in China. This summer I plan to go home and see my family in Oregon and Arizona, and the mother of the family that I am living with would like me to bring her 10 year old son with me to visit the States. He is obviously a minor and would not be travelling with a parent, so I know I need some kind of remporary legal guardianship documents in addition to a travel visa, I just don't know where to start seaching for the necessary paperwork. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

You'd better conclude a guardianship-temporarily-transfering contract with the child's parents and all of you go to local notary public together to have the contract notarized.
