Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
I have an old criminal case in which I was convicted in 2006. Due to some issues with my then attorney, my charges were reduced and I was resentenced in 2019. The judge ordered nunc pro tunc for this sentence to be treated as if it happened on the original date. (2006) How can I get my background check to show this conviction on that 2006 date instead of the 2019 that it shows now?
