Evidence of what will be used in the prosecution of a defendant in a criminal case is called discovery and must be provided by the prosecution if requested. Statements made by a judge is recorded in the minute order and can be requested through the court clerk, although this is in shorthand. You may also request a transcription of the proceeding through a court transcriber, although expensive. Hope this answers your question.

The Clerk of Court is responsible for maintaining the record. You can order a transcript of the record. The better you can narrow down the time, the cheaper it will be for you.
