In the State of Colorado how much notice is required for a salary reduction? Does length of time with the company matter? Does it matter if you are an officer of the company?

Notice is not required at all unless you have a contract that required notice. It does not matter how long you were employed or if you are an officer of the company. You either have a contract which required notice or you do not. There may be other facts that are relevant to your rights.
