Legal Question in Personal Injury in Colorado

I was pulling into a gas station, when I slid about 2-3 feet into the tire of a semi truck. There was no damage to the semi, and a lugnut hole in my vehicle's bumper. My question is, the entrance I was using into the gas station was an entrance only, and the semi was pulling out. Can I have the careless driving ticket, that i was issued, overturned?
