Morning,

Are you planning to subdivide property? Have you already purchased subdivided property and want to file covenants, conditions and restrictions?

Talk to an attorney because HOA documents and the CC&Rs must be drafted correctly in light of the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act and the recent revisions to that Act regarding HOA requirements.
