Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado

My grandfather passed recently and before his death he put my name(Grandson),my Mother's and my Aunt's on the title to his house.My Aunt wishes to move in and neither my mother or myself want to live with her. Can she legally force us to let her live in the house with us?

Your grandfather created a disaster by doing what he did. He should have left the property just in his name and prepared a proper Will.

Nevertheless, this is the situation. The best recommendation I can give you is to see an attorney immediately. It is not possible to determine from your question whether you all own the property as joint tenants or as tenants in common.
