a ''friend'' of my grandmother is convincing her to make legal and financial decisions without her family's knowledge that seem to benefit him. how can i protect my grandmother?

However, there are laws in place in Colorado to protect at risk adults. The family may wish to consider a Conservatorship proceeding.
