Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

guardianship

I was given temporary guardianship of my granddaugter. Her mother just recently reversed this without my knowledge. Do I not have any legal rights at all? I was not even informed that it was done. Do I not have any recourse in this matter?

Re: guardianship

If you were awarded this in probate court I'm very surprised you were not notified of the hearing.

If you disagree with the decision you should file a request in the probate court to have a rehearing on the matter.
