Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

Hello,

I have restraining order against me. I only see the kids twice a week. My ex wife have the kids. I think they left the state with our my permission. I just want to know what I could do about this. She is not suppose to take the kids out of state. thanks

If there is a court order in place that states that she is not allowed to take the kids out of state without your permission, then you need to file a motion for contempt with the court and request that she be ordered to return the children to CT.
