Husband leaves home serves divorce papers who lives in house until it is sold

You can certainly stay there. Absent a court order, however, you can't prevent him from moving back in. Also, absent a court order, you can't make him contribute to the household expenses. I suggest you get an attorney pronto and go to court to have some orders entered.
