Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

My ex wife and I have been divorced 5 years now, we have sharded custudy of our son and she declined alamony and child support in court. My question is can she just get up one day and file for support because shes mad at me one day?

Depending on how the court order is worded, it is unlikely that she can revisit the issue of alimony again if it was previously agreed that it was off the table. (To keep that issue alive, many attorney will create a fictitious payment of 1 dollar annually as alimony from both sides) Child support, however, remains an open issue. Luckily this is based off the age of your children and yours and your ex-wife's income. I would recommend obtaining counsel if she files. Feel free to contact my firm.
