Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

My wife and I had a fight and she left with our 17 month son, on Dec 23 I saw him briefly on Dec 25 and I have not see my son or heard from my wife since. I want my son back home what are my options? I believe that they are some place in Brooklyn NY and we live in Bridgeport CT.

You would need to file a divorce or separation action in Bridgeport Superior Court and request immediate relief as part of that action. You do not want to wait too long because as soon as your son has lived in NY for at least 6 months, she could file in NY. As of now, your son is still a resident of CT.
