Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Connecticut
My son has an ex girlfriend who will not leave his apartment. The lease is under my husbands name not my sons and I pay all utilities. She has been there now for 2 and a half months and they broke it off about a month ago because she got caught cheating on him. She has never paid a dime to live there and I can't afford to support her. What do I do?????
