Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Connecticut

I was sued by my former landlord in small claims court, i won and she had to pay me my counterclaim. Now she is sueing me again for the same thing in the same court - does she have a chance of winning

It's called "res judicata." She can't sue you for something she already sued you for and lost. You should ask the small claims court/magistrate to dismiss it.
