Letter of Lost Wages

We need to submitt a letter of Lost Wages to our Insurance company. Any advice on what to include? Format of letter? How long of a letter? Any help would be great

No matter what you do, in the end, the insurance company will likely pay an unrepresented individual less that an represented one. I wqould be happy to sit down and discuss your situation at no charge and you can then decide if you think you need a lawyer or not.
