Legal Question in Traffic Law in Connecticut
Driver of car not insured by owner of car. Who do I go after in court?
While parked in CT but from NY, rear bumper hit by another car parked behind my car. Police report filed and driver responsible for damage. Driver was driving dead brother's car without insurance coverage. I am thinking small claims court in CT to cover repair costs. Who do I list as defendant(s) on forms? Do I list driver of car, dead owner(for over a year)of car, or both?
