Legal Question in Immigration Law in District of Columbia

I-539 Extension file

Hii! All,

I want to know when i apply for extension I-539 for my mom and dad do i need to file the application seperately and with $300 each or i can file only one application with only $300 including both applicants.

Re: I-539 Extension file

File the I-539 for the first dependent

and the Supplement 1 for the second.

Remit payment of $300 for the completed application. It makes no difference which of your parents is designated the first or second dependent.
