Legal Question in Employment Law in District of Columbia

labor law

I am an exempt employee that has approx 120 hours over 40 hours per week average. Last week I had 37.8 hours and the company wants me to charge 2.2 hours leave. I usually work more than 40 hours per week and the 2.2 hours is easy to make up. Can they make me take vacation when my hours are more than the contract requires?
