What are estate papers and what do they consist of? What do you do if you have no estate and you are told that you need estate papers?

Estate papers normally consist of a valid will or letters of administration (or something similar) from a probate court appointing a person as the personal representative of a decedent's estate in a situation where a person died intestate(without a will).
