My mother will

I forget to put the rest of it in there.I give and devise a life estate in my property located at 1401 congress pl. s.e. to my daudghter lipscomb,and upon her death,Idirect my personal representative to sell the property and i give and bequeath the net proceeds to my children.An what do you mean about possession.

Possession: You get to live in the house as if it was yours until your death. Then the house will be sold and the money divided among all of your mother's children still alive.
