how could i get divorce if i just got recently married and have never lived with person and never had any sex. but lives out of country and i got married out of country

This may be a rare case in which you should seek a judgment annulling the marriage, not seeking divorce. However, the Court may be reluctant to say that a marriage from another country was legally void. Any lawyer would have to look more closely at this.
Service on the other party is also an issue.

Where did you get married? How recently did you get married?
Here in Dominican Republic, we have divorced celebrities such as Mike Tyson, Mark Anthony, Diana Ross, Michael Jackson, etc. and they had all married outside of dominican republic.
